CA201A | Cataract

CA201A adopts a new formulation, a new drug-development pathway for an unmet medical need. It applies an ingredient with sufficient safety profile to cataract surgery. The product is designed to reduce corneal endothelial cell loss after cataract surgery, with the goal of decreasing postoperative corneal edema, supporting faster visual recovery, and lowering the risk of severe corneal complications. It can also be used together with standard postoperative cataract treatments, providing patients with a more satisfying surgical recovery experience, and the product is currently undergoing a Phase 2 clinical trial.

CA202L | Glaucoma

This product features an innovative preservative-free formulation designed to reduce the potential corneal damage associated with long-term glaucoma treatment. With its novel formulation design, the product enhances ocular comfort, minimizes eye irritation, and can be stored at room temperature, making it convenient for patients to carry and use in daily life. These advantages may help improve compliance to support long-term glaucoma management. The product is currently advancing toward a Phase 2 clinical trial.

CA26001 | nAMD

This ophthalmic eye drop formulation is designed to improve the long-term treatment burden for patients with wet age-related macular degeneration. It features a BAK-free preservative-free formulation and novel excipient design to enhance ocular retention and increase posterior segment drug concentration. With potential advantages including low irritation, low-dose administration, room-temperature storage, and improved patient compliance, the product is currently in formulation design and preclinical research.

CA26002 | Presbyopia

This product is developed to address declining near vision in patients with presbyopia, providing a fast-acting, convenient, and long-lasting treatment option. It features rapid onset, prolonged duration of action, accurate dosing, ease of use, and room-temperature storage, supporting daily use and future market adoption. The product is currently in formulation design and preclinical research.
