Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Tsai has extensive experience in venture capital and corporate strategy development. With a strong background in finance and fundraising, she specializes in driving business growth, value enhancement, IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ms. Tsai is responsible for financial operations management and corporate governance.
David Tu
Project Manager

Licensed Pharmacist (National Qualification)
With a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology, Mr.Tu is actively involved in product development, clinical trials, and market introduction processes, ensuring the efficiency and safety of ophthalmic products. He currently serves as the Project Management Department Manager at Caravel Oculus, overseeing the progress and development of all projects.
