Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Tsai has extensive experience in venture capital and corporate strategy development. With a strong background in finance and fundraising, she specializes in driving business growth, value enhancement, IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ms. Tsai is responsible for financial operations management and corporate governance.

With a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology, Mr.Tu is actively involved in product development, clinical trials, and market introduction processes, ensuring the efficiency and safety of ophthalmic products. He currently serves as the Project Management Department Manager at Caravel Oculus, overseeing the progress and development of all projects.

Dr. Yih-Shyan Lin holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from McGill University and has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She specializes in small-molecule drug design and development, with extensive expertise spanning preclinical research, CMC management, and IND submissions. Dr. Lin has successfully advanced multiple drug programs from early-stage research into clinical trials.
Prior to joining Caravel Oculus, Dr. Lin served as a Principal Scientist at Aprinoia Therapeutics, where she focused on the design and development of CNS disease-targeting tracers and therapeutic agents, as well as leading CMC and preclinical development efforts.

Ching-Yu (Sandy) Lai, Ph.D.

She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from National Taiwan University and has published 21 peer-reviewed scientific papers. At Allgenesis Biotherapeutics Inc., she specialized in advancing new chemical entity (NCE) ophthalmology programs from preclinical research into clinical development. Her core responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, design and coordination of preclinical pharmacology and toxicology studies, management of CMC activities, preparation of IND documents and regulatory submissions, as well as supervision of clinical trial execution and data interpretation.
