Dr. Wen-Hung Huang received his Ph.D. in Social and Administrative Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, USA. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Institute of Health and Welfare Policy, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Dr. Huang previously served as Director of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Division and Director-General of the Bureau of Pharmaceutical Affairs and Food Sanitation at the Department of Health, Executive Yuan. He has also held board positions at the Taiwan Bio Industry Organization and the Development Center for Biotechnology. With extensive expertise and practical experience, Dr. Huang is a prominent figure in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Mr. Lin graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Pavia, Italy. He is currently the Special Assistant to the Chairman of Conmed Co.,Ltd., focusing on the development of the biomedical industry and corporate management. He has participated in underwriting and advisory services at MasterLink Securities, integrating medical and financial expertise to support the growth of the biotech industry and capital markets.
